To speed up your phone please follow steps given below:

1.go to settings>developer option
{ If there is no developer option then enable developer option by go to settings>about phone>click on build number atleast 5-6 times.then goto setting its shows developer option.}
2.turn on developer option.
3.click on windows animation scale & change it to 0.5x.
4.click on transition animation scale & change it to 0.5x.
5.click on animator duration scale & change it to 0.5x.
